Lynn oversees all legal affairs, compliance and corporate matters at Netsmart, including advising the board of directors, CEO and other senior management.
With nearly 25 years of experience developing and leading corporate legal strategy, Lynn brings expertise to promote and protect the company's matters, while accomplishing corporate goals and priorities.
Prior to joining Netsmart, Lynn served as vice president and associate general counsel for Cerner, where she served as primary attorney for mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, real estate and tax transactions. Lynn also supervised Cerner’s legal team responsible for client and supplier contracting for the U.S. and Canada. Before starting her career in the healthcare I.T. space, Lynn served as an associate attorney for Shook Hardy & Bacon LLP.
Lynn holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Simpson College, a master’s in business administration from the University of South Dakota and a J.D. degree from the University of Iowa School of Law, where she graduated with distinction.
