As organizations aim to support their clinicians during near-crisis workforce shortages, they still need to be able to meet the new demands of healthcare delivery – hybrid services, data exchange among and across health systems, supporting all levels of integrated care, and using data analytics and clinical decision support to reduce risk and drive value-based reimbursements. With clinicians naming the administrative burden associated with clinical record documentation as a key factor in early departure, lack of job satisfaction and low engagement, the most supportive – and successful – organizations are finding partners and tools that fit within current workflows to lighten their provider’s loads. Join us for a webinar to learn how one behavioral healthcare technology company uses advanced technology to increase productivity and speed efficiency and financial gains in ways that also improve end user satisfaction.
You’ll leave the webinar with an understanding of the:
- Technological needs and requirements for 21st century care delivery.
- Business implications of technology platforms that do not meet the needs of the end user.
- Highest priorities for end user functionality, as defined by providers themselves.
- Examples of advanced technology such as artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language processing (NPL) and their impact on clinical efficiency, clinical productivity and bottom-line revenue.
