Mike leads Netsmart’s comprehensive Plexus™ portfolio of professional services including Strategy & Advisory, Transformation Program and Enhanced Support offerings. The Plexus™ portfolio includes Solution Implementation, full IT Managed Services, comprehensive Revenue Cycle Management, Clinical Integrity/Compliance, Coding & Documentation Improvement. 

Mike has more than 30 years of experience in the business leadership, operations, client services and information technology. Before joining the Netsmart team, he held various staff and leadership positions at Accenture and Maryville Consulting Group providing thought leadership to clients in healthcare, telecommunications and financial services.

Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and information systems from Quincy University. He earned a master’s degree in business administration from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management. Mike holds a number of industry certifications and contributes as a topical subject matter expert at several industry forums.
