Steve is responsible for driving the expansion of the company's SaaS offerings within the community-based care markets, while leading M&A endeavors and strategic partnerships to advance high-quality healthcare information technology solutions. In addition to his strategic responsibilities, Steve leads the Specialty Practices Business Unit, which offers GEHRIMED geriatric/long-term post-acute care electronic health record (EHR), TheraOffice physical therapy EHR software and Netalytics EHR for opioid treatment programs (OTP) and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) programs. Prior to joining Netsmart, Steve spent nine years at WireCo WorldGroup where he held various leadership positions. As the SVP & Chief Transformation Officer, he orchestrated corporate development and strategy execution, maximizing EBITDA and cash flow potential through organic and inorganic growth strategies.
